Meet Sarah Hernandez-Hamrick

Affectionately known to the children as Mrs. Sarah, Mrs. Hamrick has directed and owned Midlands Montessori School since 2012 when the school opened. She is a certified Montessori teacher from Montessori Central International with a degree from University of South Carolina and over 15 years of experience teaching. Her calm, gentle spirit is perfect for children in the Montessori environment.  

As a director, Ms. Sarah is dedicated to providing an authentic Montessori experience by ensuring a safe and engaging environment that includes certified Montessori manipulative and beliefs.

Meet Emily Overbay

Mrs. Overbay is a certified montessori teacher earing her degree from North American Montessori Center. She has over 15 years of experience. She is a native of Texas and comes from a family of educators. She has been with Midlands Montessori School for over 6 years.
